Track 01 Notes
Started: October 8 2005 Finished: June 24 2006
First let me clear up that this version of track 01 is actually the REVISED VERSION! The whole point of doing a revision of the first part of the story was to prepare TWTYH for publishing. Frankly, I was embarrassed by the crappy art in the old version and I knew that no one would take it seriously in print, so I knew my only option was to redraw volume one. And what a task that turned out to be... but it was soooooooo worth it. This is so insanely much better than the old version and I'm so pleased with it!!! ^o^
Since TWTYH was actually started in 2002, I've had a lot of time to think and rethink things about the story. There were a lot of things about the old version I didn't like very much, so through doing the revision I was able to change things around. If you compare the two, you'll see that there are differences, but the story runs basically the same direction. Best of all, I don't think it resembles "Hana Yori Dango" quite so much now. ^_^
I am a bit concerned about going from this fresh new art into track 02 (done in 2003), but I'm not planning on revising track 02. *shrugs* Oh well... try and enjoy it anyway! ^o^;;
Lastly, I'd like to thank everyone for their patience with me as I've worked through this revision. I know it's been frustrating to not be able to see pages that actually advance the story, but now I hope that we can all look back on the revision of track 01 and know that it was worth it. And from now on, TWTYH will keep on trudging forward! Thanks everyone for understanding and supporting me!!!
